How it works
Describe the idea and the city
Add your budget if you have one, so the agent can compare it with real costs.
The agent researches the market
It checks local competitors on Google Maps, public prices for equipment and supplies, rent listings and signs of demand.

Before you sign a lease or buy equipment, you need numbers you can trust: what things cost in your city, who you will compete with, and whether people look for what you plan to sell. A full feasibility study can take weeks. This tool gives you a fast, sourced first look, so you know whether the idea deserves that deeper work.
An AI agent researches your idea in a real Chrome browser. It finds local competitors on Google Maps with their ratings and visible prices, collects public prices for the main equipment and supplies, reads rent or setup cost ranges from current listings, and looks for demand signals such as search interest and review counts. It works as a free market research tool and puts it all in a cost table, one-time and monthly, with a source for each figure.
Please treat the result as a market snapshot, not a certified feasibility study. It is not prepared by an accountant and is not meant for a bank or an investor file. The break-even is a rough estimate, prices change, and some items have no public price, in which case the agent marks them as missing. Use it to decide what to check next, then confirm the key numbers with suppliers and landlords.
Questions
Is the feasibility study tool really free?
Yes. You can research one idea a day for free, with no account.
Is this a full feasibility study I can give to a bank?
No. It is a sourced market snapshot: prices, competitors, a rough cost table and a break-even estimate. Banks and investors usually need a study prepared and signed by a qualified consultant or accountant. This helps you decide if the idea is worth that step.
Why do I need to verify my email?
The snapshot is sent by email. The code confirms the address is yours and keeps the free tool to one task a day per person.
How long does it take, and where does the data come from?
About 10 minutes once the agent starts. It uses public sources only: Google Maps, supplier and marketplace listings, rent listings and search results. Every price in the table links to the page where it was found.
What do the paid plans add?
Plans give you unlimited tasks, so you can compare several ideas or cities, plus longer and deeper research. Your agent can also sign in to your own accounts when a task needs it.
Need more than one task a day?
Katteb plans give you unlimited tasks, tasks that run on a schedule, and bigger lists. Your agent can also sign in to your own accounts, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Gmail, and work there for you.
