Etsy Agent that automates orders, listings, reviews and messages
Stores etsy.com
An Etsy Agent that signs into your Shop Manager in a private browser and returns a clear report with screenshots. Ideal for sellers who want a daily snapshot of orders to ship, listings that need attention, and drafted replies for new reviews and messages.
What a Etsy agent does
The jobs people usually do here by hand. Tap one in the app and it becomes a plan.
- Open my Etsy shop manager and summarise today's orders, messages and what is due to ship.
- Check my Etsy listings for the ones expiring this week or low in stock.
- Read new reviews and buyer messages on my Etsy shop and draft a reply for each.
Anything else you would do in this site by hand can be described in your own words: the planner turns it into a plan you approve before it runs.
What people use it for
Summarise today’s orders, messages and shipments
Opens your Shop Manager, captures your Orders & Shipping and Messages panels, and lists orders due to ship today, any overdue shipments, and unread buyer questions. The run delivers a short checklist and screenshots so you can act fast.
Find listings expiring or low in stock
Scans your Listings Manager for items expiring this week or with low quantity and returns the SKU, remaining quantity, expiration date, and a link-screenshot so you can renew or restock. This mirrors Etsy’s Listings Manager reminders.
Read new reviews and buyer messages and draft replies
Reads new buyer reviews and Conversations, summarizes each message, and drafts a short, polite reply for you to review and send. Replies are plain-language and cite order context when available.
Why it is worth it
- Save time by getting one screenshot-backed report instead of checking multiple pages.
- Reduce missed shipments with a clear list of orders that need shipping today.
- Keep listings visible by flagging items that require renewal or updated delivery details.
- Respond to buyers faster with draft replies tailored to each review or message.
Questions people ask
How does the agent sign in to my Etsy account?
The agent uses a private Chrome browser on Katteb’s servers; you sign in yourself once in that browser and the agent works from that session. Katteb never sees your password and the agent stops if Etsy asks for credentials again.
Can the agent change listings or place orders for me?
No. The agent acts like a human viewer: it clicks, reads and screenshots inside the private browser and can draft text, but it will not perform API edits or export data outside what’s visible on screen without your approval.
Is running the agent safe for my Etsy account?
Automated activity inside a third-party account can carry risk of restriction. The agent imitates manual browsing but cannot guarantee undetectability. We recommend reviewing Etsy policies and using the agent for monitoring and drafting rather than unattended bulk changes.
