A run that fails on our side does not count against your agent time at all. Stop one halfway and only the minutes it ran are counted.

They stay where they are. Credits from the legacy Katteb Writer at app.katteb.com remain in that account and keep working there. Katteb Chat is a separate product with its own plans, so those credits do not move into it, and nothing you pay for here is taken from them.
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
You are not charged for it. A run that fails on our side does not count against your agent time, and a run you stop halfway counts only the minutes it ran.
