Fair usage policy

Katteb plans come with unlimited agent time and unlimited chat, images and video. Unlimited means you do not buy minutes or credits and you are never surprised by a bill. So that this stays possible for everyone, each plan has a fair-use ceiling inside rolling windows. These are the numbers and the rules.
Agent time
Agent time is measured in minutes an agent is actually running. The minutes are counted inside a rolling window of a few hours and inside a rolling week. When a window is full the next run waits and starts by itself when time frees up: a scheduled task moves to its next slot, and a manual task tells you when it can run again.
The numbers by plan
| Plan | Agent time | Chat, images and video | Agents at once | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tasks | up to 60 minutes in any 3 hours, and 10 hours a week | up to 30,000 credits a month | 1 | 1 |
| Goals | up to 300 minutes in any 7 hours, and 50 hours a week | up to 300,000 credits a month | 5 | 3 |
Chat, images and video
Chat, images and video in the chat box, and the images, video and audio a task generates, draw on a monthly credit pool that renews with every billing period. Running an agent costs no credits on these plans; what it generates does, and one task may spend at most 6,000 credits on media.
What does not count
A task that fails on our side (a host or browser failure, or a capacity shortfall) counts against neither your time nor your credits. A task you stop yourself counts only the minutes it ran.
Teams
Team members on the Goals plan share the account's agent time and credits; the numbers above are per account, not per member.
Changes
We may adjust these numbers as the service evolves, and any change appears here first. Your account's current numbers are always on your billing page.
