Question 1

What is the difference between Katteb Chat and Katteb Writer?

Accepted Answer

They are two separate products that share one login.

Katteb Chat (katteb.com/chat) puts the leading AI models in one place (chat, images, video, web search and files) together with Katteb Agents: AI agents that work in a real browser on Katteb's servers, signed in to your own accounts, and do the work for you, once or every day.
Katteb Writer (app.katteb.com) is the original AI article writer, with the SEO editor, brands, WordPress publishing and white label.

Each product has its own plans and its own credits, and a balance never moves from one to the other. AppSumo codes and lifetime deals belong to Katteb Writer. The same email and password open both.

Question 2

What is the difference between a task and a goal in Katteb?

Accepted Answer

A task is one piece of work. A goal is an outcome the agent keeps working toward.
Give Katteb a task, such as "pull last week's orders into a Google Sheet", and an agent does it and hands you the result.
A goal has a number and a deadline of 14 to 180 days, such as "book 15 sales calls in 30 days". The agent studies your market, writes a plan with milestones and up to three workflows that repeat every hour, day, week or month, then works on it every day in your own tools. It remembers what worked, never contacts the same person twice, and sends you a report every morning at 8am by email, Telegram or Slack.
No agent can promise an outcome, and Katteb does not: at the deadline the goal is marked Reached or Not reached, with a final report. Writing a goal's plan is free on any account; starting it needs a plan that includes goals, listed on the pricing page.

Question 3

Does Katteb need my passwords to run agents in my accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. You sign in yourself, once, and Katteb never asks for your password.

Each agent works in your own private browser on Katteb's servers. You sign in on each site's own page, inside that browser, and the session is kept for later runs.
No other customer's agent can reach your browser, and what it stores is encrypted when it closes.
Watching the browser live needs a code sent to your email, and signing out of a site inside it ends that access at once.

Automated activity can break some sites' rules and may lead to a warning, a restriction or a ban. The agent works at a human pace, but Katteb cannot promise how a platform will react, so use it on accounts you can afford to risk.

Question 4

How to Redeem AppSumo Codes on Katteb Writer, and Is Stacking Multiple Codes Allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Katteb Writer fully supports AppSumo code stacking. You can redeem multiple codes on the same account, and each code adds more credits, words, and brand slots. Here's a full guide on how it works.
AppSumo codes apply to Katteb Writer at app.katteb.com. They add nothing to Katteb Chat (katteb.com/chat), which is a separate product sold as monthly plans.

How to Redeem Your AppSumo Code

Log in to your Katteb account at app.katteb.com/login (or create a free account first)
    Go to app.katteb.com/redeem
Enter your AppSumo redemption code exactly as it appears in your AppSumo account
    Click "Redeem Code"
Your benefits are applied instantly, with no waiting and no page refresh

Where to Find Your AppSumo Code

Check your AppSumo purchase confirmation email
Or log into your AppSumo account dashboard and find the code under your purchases

What Each Code Gives You
Every AppSumo code you redeem grants:

15,000 words per month
    100 AI credits per month
1 brand slot in the Brand Manager
Full access to all Katteb Writer tools (Article Writer, SEO Editor, AI Designer, Fact Checker, Humanizer, Research tools, and more)

Yes, Code Stacking Is Fully Supported
Katteb supports unlimited code stacking. Every additional code you redeem stacks on top of your existing balance:

Credits stack additively: 2 codes = 200 AI credits/month, 3 codes = 300 AI credits/month, etc.
    Words stack additively: 2 codes = 30,000 words/month, 3 codes = 45,000 words/month, etc.
Brand slots stack one for one: each code adds 1 brand slot (e.g., 5 codes = 5 brands)
AI Designer limits scale with your code count

Premium Tier Unlocks at Higher Stacks
As you stack more codes, you unlock additional premium features:

2+ codes: extended concurrent session limits (up to 5 active sessions)
10+ codes: White Label access (custom branding, custom domain, sub-user management)

Important Notes

Each unique code can only be redeemed once; duplicate redemptions are automatically blocked
Your first code overrides any existing free-plan credits; subsequent codes add to your balance
Credits renew monthly from the date of your first redemption
You can redeem codes at any time; there's no expiration on stacking additional codes to your account

Question 5

Do AppSumo codes and lifetime deals work in Katteb Chat?

Accepted Answer

No. AppSumo codes and Katteb lifetime deals belong to Katteb Writer at app.katteb.com.
Katteb Chat (katteb.com/chat) is a separate product sold as monthly plans, so a code adds nothing to it: no Chat credits and no agents. Your Writer credits and lifetime entitlements stay in your Writer account, untouched.
Redeem codes at app.katteb.com/redeem while signed in to the Writer account that should receive them. If a lifetime account shows the free plan, or a code is refused, open a ticket at katteb.com/chat/support with your invoice (product name, order number, date and the email used, never card details).

Question 6

How do I cancel my Katteb Chat plan, and can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time from katteb.com/chat/billing with the Cancel plan button. Nothing more is charged, and the month you paid for stays active until it ends. Pause is there too: it stops billing until you resume.
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of any payment, the first one or a monthly renewal, by emailing hello@katteb.com from the address on the account or opening a ticket at katteb.com/chat/support. The refund goes back to the card or account that paid, usually within 5 to 14 days, and ends the plan it paid for. Credits already used cannot be refunded. The full terms are in our terms of service.

Question 7

Can I pay for Katteb in Egyptian pounds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customers in Egypt pay in Egyptian pounds through Kashier, at the pound price shown on each plan, which does not change with the exchange rate.

Pay with a bank card or a mobile wallet such as Vodafone Cash. Fawry, InstaPay and bank transfer are not offered at checkout.
The plan renews every month on the saved card. A wallet payment does not save a card, so the renewal needs one.
From Egypt you can also pay for a year: twelve months for the price of ten.

Outside Egypt, payment is by FastSpring's secure checkout in US dollars.

Question 8

Can Katteb Analyze My Website Content and Write New Articles Based on My Existing Brand Voice?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Katteb is specifically designed to learn from your existing content and apply your unique perspective when generating new articles. This is one of the core differentiators that sets Katteb apart from generic AI writing tools that simply regurgitate whatever Google's top results say.

Here's exactly how Katteb ensures your new content stays aligned with your brand's stance, expertise, and editorial guidelines:

1. Brand Summary & AI Writer Persona
When you set up your brand in Katteb (via Brand Settings → Persona), you can write a detailed Author Bio / Persona Description that directly instructs the AI. This is where you would tell the AI things like:

"We advocate for ancestral nutrition — high-quality animal fats, avoiding seed oils, and grain-free diets."
"Never recommend low-fat diets, seed oils, or processed vegetable fats."
"Our editorial position is that mainstream dietary guidelines on fats are outdated and not evidence-based."

This Persona Bio is injected into every single article generation prompt, so the AI understands your editorial boundaries before writing a single word.

2. Brand Summary — Your Content DNA
Katteb injects your Brand Summary as mandatory context (what we call the "Universal Summary Mandate") into every AI interaction — not just article writing, but also the AI Chat, Rewriter, Humanizer, and Research Tools. This means your brand's core mission and stance on topics like nutrition are always present in the AI's context window.

3. Clone Your Writing Style
Katteb's "Clone Yourself" feature (found under Writing Styles) goes even deeper. It analyzes your actual writing patterns — sentence structure, tone, vocabulary choices, and formatting preferences — then creates a reusable writing profile. When you generate articles with this style active, the AI doesn't just know what to write, it knows how you write it.

4. Competitive Intelligence with Your Lens
When Katteb researches competitors for article generation, it uses your Brand Summary context to filter the output. So even though the top Google results for a health topic might push seed-oil-friendly advice, your brand persona instructs the AI to approach the topic from your editorial angle instead — giving you content that matches your expertise, not the mainstream consensus.

5. How to Set This Up

Go to Brand Settings → General and add your website URL and a detailed Brand Summary describing your editorial philosophy
Go to Brand Settings → Persona and write clear do's and don'ts for the AI (e.g., "never recommend seed oils")
Optionally, go to Writing Styles → Clone Yourself to teach the AI your exact writing voice
When generating articles, Katteb will automatically apply all of this context to produce content aligned with your brand's position

Bottom line: Unlike other AI tools that blindly follow Google's ranking bias, Katteb lets you define your editorial stance once, and it applies it consistently across every piece of content you create.

Question 9

What Is Katteb White Label and How Does It Work for Agencies?

Accepted Answer

Katteb White Label lets you rebrand the entire Katteb platform as your own — with your logo, colors, custom domain, and branded emails — and resell it to your clients under your agency's name. Your clients will never see any reference to Katteb.

What You Can Customize
The White Label system gives you full control over your platform's identity:

Custom Domain — Run your platform on dashboard.yourbrand.com instead of app.katteb.com (via CNAME verification)
Brand Logo & Favicon — Your logo appears in the login page, dashboard sidebar, emails, and browser tab
App Name — Replace "Katteb" everywhere with your brand name
Branded Emails — All system notifications (verification, article ready, SEO analysis complete) are sent with your brand identity
Custom Colors — Your primary brand color is applied across the dashboard UI
Business Bio — Custom description used in email footers and platform headers

How to Set It Up

Navigate to White Label in your Katteb dashboard sidebar
In the Branding tab, upload your logo, set your app name, and configure your favicon
In the Domain section, add your custom domain and point a CNAME record to app.katteb.com
Click Verify Domain — Katteb uses a 3-stage verification process (DNS CNAME → IP match → HTTP content check) that works even with Cloudflare
Once verified, your platform is live on your custom domain

Managing Your Clients
The Users tab in White Label settings lets you:

Create sub-user accounts manually — with options for pre-verification or sending branded invite emails
Allocate credits from your pool to individual users
Control feature access — toggle which tools each user can see (Article Writer, SEO Editor, AI Designer, etc.)
Manage accounts — update emails, reset passwords, or remove users

All sub-users are automatically assigned to the Pro plan tier with full access to the tools you enable.

Identity Masking
Katteb uses a neutral proxy domain (domainconsole.app) to ensure complete brand isolation:

Google OAuth — Login screens show your proxy domain, not "Katteb"
System Emails — Sent from a neutral identity instead of katteb.com
PDF Exports — Downloaded reports carry your brand name and domain

Who Can Access White Label?
White Label is available to:

Agency plan subscribers
AppSumo Lifetime Deal users with 10 or more redeemed codes

AppSumo users with fewer than 10 codes will see a progress tracker showing how many more codes they need to unlock White Label.

Question 10

How to Connect a Custom Domain to Katteb White Label — Step-by-Step CNAME Setup

Accepted Answer

Connecting a custom domain to your Katteb White Label platform takes just a few minutes. Once set up, your clients will access your AI writing platform at dashboard.yourbrand.com (or any subdomain you choose) instead of app.katteb.com.

Prerequisites

An active Agency plan or 10+ AppSumo codes redeemed on your Katteb account
Access to your domain's DNS management panel (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
    A subdomain you want to use (e.g., app.yourbrand.com, tool.yourbrand.com, dashboard.yourbrand.com)

Step 1: Add a CNAME Record in Your DNS

Log into your DNS provider (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap)
Add a new CNAME record with:

Name/Host: Your chosen subdomain (e.g., dashboard or app)
    Target/Value: app.katteb.com
    TTL: Auto or 300 seconds

Step 2: Add the Domain in Katteb

Go to White Label → Branding tab in your Katteb dashboard
In the Custom Domain field, enter your full subdomain: dashboard.yourbrand.com
    Click Save

Step 3: Verify the Domain

After saving, click the Verify Domain button
Katteb runs a 3-stage verification process:

Stage 1: DNS CNAME Check — Confirms your CNAME record points to app.katteb.com
Stage 2: IP Resolution Match — Verifies both domains resolve to the same IP (handles CNAME flattening)
Stage 3: HTTP Content Verification — Loads your domain and checks for the Katteb platform signature (works with Cloudflare proxy)

If any one of these stages passes, your domain is verified ✅

Cloudflare Users: Special Notes

Katteb's verification works even if your domain is proxied through Cloudflare (orange cloud enabled)
The HTTP content verification (Stage 3) is designed specifically for Cloudflare-proxied domains where DNS lookups return Cloudflare IPs instead of the origin server
No special configuration needed — just add the CNAME and verify

Troubleshooting

Verification failing? DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate. Wait a few hours and try again
403 Forbidden error? This usually means file permissions need to be corrected on the hosting server. Contact Katteb support for assistance
"Domain already in use" error? Each custom domain can only be linked to one brand. Contact support if you need to transfer it

Question 11

What Features Can I Enable or Disable for My Katteb White Label Sub-Users?

Accepted Answer

Katteb White Label gives Agency owners granular control over which tools and pages their sub-users can access. You can customize the experience at two levels: brand-wide (affects all users on your platform) and per-user (individual overrides).

Dashboard Tool Toggles (Features Tab)
In White Label → Features tab, you can toggle visibility for each dashboard tool. When a tool is disabled, it's completely hidden from your sub-users' sidebar:

Article Writer — AI-powered SEO article generation
Content Planner — Scheduling and automated publishing
AI Chat — The conversational AI assistant
AI Designer — Image and graphic generation
SEO Editor — Content analysis and optimization scoring
Rewriter — Text paraphrasing and rewriting
Humanizer — AI text detection avoidance
Research Tools — Trends, Questions, and Topic Clusters
Brand Manager — Multi-brand workspace management
Writing Styles — Custom style cloning and profiles
Call to Actions — CTA block management

Page Visibility Controls (Pages Tab)
Beyond tools, you can also hide or show entire platform pages in White Label → Pages tab:

Billing Page — Hide if you handle billing externally through your own payment system
Registration Page — Disable public signup if you prefer to create users manually
Product Updates — Hide the changelog and announcement pages to prevent Katteb-specific update notifications
Integrations — Hide the WordPress integration page and the "Publish" button in the article editor

Per-User Feature Overrides
When creating a new sub-user from the Users tab, you can assign individual feature access that overrides the brand-wide settings. This is useful for:

Creating a basic tier with only Article Writer and SEO Editor
Creating a premium tier with all tools enabled
Giving specific VIP clients access to tools like AI Designer that others don't have

Advanced Customizations (Advanced Tab)
For deeper platform control, the Advanced tab offers:

Custom Support URL — Replace the built-in help page with a link to your own support system (Intercom, Zendesk, WhatsApp, etc.)
Custom Head Code — Inject CSS, Google Analytics, or meta tags into every page
Custom Body Code — Add live chat widgets (Crisp, Tawk.to) or tracking scripts before the closing body tag

How Settings Are Applied
The system follows a priority hierarchy:

Per-user overrides (highest priority) — Individual feature settings assigned during user creation
Brand-wide toggles — The Features and Pages settings from the White Label dashboard
Platform defaults (lowest priority) — If no settings are configured, all features are enabled by default

This ensures backward compatibility — existing users and legacy accounts won't lose access to tools if feature toggles haven't been explicitly configured yet.

Question 12

How to Connect Your WordPress Site to Katteb — Step-by-Step Plugin Setup Guide

Accepted Answer

Connecting your WordPress site to Katteb lets you publish AI-generated articles directly to WordPress with one click — including featured images, categories, authors, and SEO schema markup. The setup takes about 2 minutes using the free Katteb Connect plugin.

Step 1: Download the Katteb Connect Plugin

Log in to your Katteb dashboard at app.katteb.com
Go to Integrations from the sidebar
Click "Download Plugin" to get the katteb-connect.zip file

Step 2: Install the Plugin on WordPress

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
    Upload the katteb-connect.zip file
    Click Install Now, then Activate

Step 3: Copy the Connection Key

Once activated, go to Settings → Katteb Connect in your WordPress admin
    You'll see a 64-character Connection Key — copy it
This key authenticates all communication between Katteb and your WordPress site

Step 4: Link Your Site in Katteb

Back in the Katteb dashboard, go to Integrations
Enter your WordPress site URL (e.g., https://yourdomain.com)
Paste the Connection Key you copied
    Click Connect

Katteb will verify the connection by pinging your site's REST API. Once verified, you'll see your site listed as an active integration ✅

What Happens After Connecting?

A "Publish to WordPress" button appears in the article editor toolbar
When publishing, Katteb fetches your site's categories and authors in real time
You can publish as Draft or Published directly from Katteb
Featured images are automatically downloaded to your WordPress Media Library
JSON-LD schema markup is injected into the page <head> for SEO

You Can Connect Multiple Sites
There's no limit to how many WordPress sites you can connect. Each site gets its own Connection Key, and you can choose which site to publish to from the publishing modal.

Troubleshooting

"Connection failed" — Make sure the Katteb Connect plugin is activated and your site's REST API is accessible (not blocked by a security plugin)
"Unauthorized (401)" — The Connection Key may have been reset in WordPress. Copy the new key and update it in Katteb
Images not appearing? — Ensure your WordPress server can access external URLs (some hosts block outgoing HTTP requests)

Question 13

Does Katteb Support MCP Servers for Using AI Tools Like Blog Writer, Fact Checker, and Humanizer?

Accepted Answer

Katteb does not currently offer an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. However, we've recently launched the Katteb Public API v2, which already allows you to programmatically access key Katteb features from your own code or third-party tools.

What's Available via the Katteb API Today
The Katteb API v2 is production-ready and includes the following endpoints:

Article Generation — Generate full SEO-optimized articles with all enhancements (featured images, TL;DR, internal links, FAQ sections, key takeaways, video embeds, and more)
SEO Analysis — Submit any URL or raw text for AI-powered SEO scoring with competitor analysis and entity-level optimization recommendations
Brand & Style Integration — Pass your brand ID and writing style ID to ensure all API-generated content matches your brand voice
Credit Management — Check your balance, monitor rate limits, and track usage in real time

How the Katteb API Works
The API uses a job-based architecture. You submit a generation request, receive a job ID, and poll for results — the same reliable pipeline that powers the Katteb dashboard. Here's a quick overview:

Generate your API key from Settings → Public API Key in your Katteb dashboard
Submit a request (e.g., article generation) via a simple POST call with a Bearer token
Poll for results using the returned job ID — content is delivered when processing completes
Integrate anywhere — use the HTML output in your CMS, automation pipeline, or custom application

What About Other Tools (Fact Checker, Humanizer, AI Designer)?
We're actively expanding the API. While the current v2 release covers Article Writer and SEO Editor, we plan to add API endpoints for additional Katteb tools soon, including:

Fact Checker
    Humanizer
    AI Designer
Research Tools (Trends, Questions, Topic Clusters)

MCP Server — Future Plans
We do not have plans to release an MCP server at this time. Our current focus is on expanding the REST API to cover all Katteb tools. If demand for MCP integration grows, we'll evaluate adding it in a future update.

You can review the full API documentation, test endpoints in the built-in playground, and start integrating today: Katteb API v2 Docs →

If you have specific integration needs or feature requests, feel free to contact our team — we'd love to hear how you plan to use Katteb programmatically.

Question 15

Can Katteb Publish the Same Article in Multiple Languages on WordPress with Automatic Language Detection?

Accepted Answer

Katteb supports generating articles in 170+ languages and publishing directly to WordPress — but it does not currently manage multilingual post linking or automatic language detection on your WordPress site. That kind of visitor-facing language switching is handled by WordPress multilingual plugins like WPML or Polylang, which operate on the WordPress side.

Here's what Katteb can do today, and how you can combine it with your WordPress setup to achieve a full multilingual workflow:

What Katteb Does: Generate and Publish in Any Language
Katteb's Article Writer generates content in 170+ languages. Each brand in Katteb has its own Content Language setting, and you can change the language per article at generation time. This means you can:

Write the same topic in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, German — or any supported language
Each article is natively generated in the target language (not translated), using real-time competitor research in that language and region
Set a different target country per article to ensure the SEO research matches the regional SERPs

Publishing to WordPress via Content Planner
Katteb's Content Planner lets you schedule articles and automatically publish them to your connected WordPress site via the Katteb Connect plugin. For each scheduled article, you can configure:

Language — Choose the article generation language
Country — Target a specific region for SEO research
WordPress site — Select which connected site to publish to
Category & Author — Assign the WordPress category and author
Post status — Publish immediately or save as draft for review

Recommended Workflow for a Multilingual WordPress Site
To create the experience you described — where visitors see articles adapted to their detected language with the ability to switch — here's how to combine Katteb with your WordPress multilingual plugin:

Generate the article in each language using Katteb — Use the Article Writer or Content Planner, setting a different language for each version (e.g., English, French, Arabic)
Publish each version to WordPress — Use Katteb's one-click publishing or scheduled auto-publish via the Content Planner
Link the translations via WPML or Polylang — In your WordPress admin, use your multilingual plugin to connect the published articles as translations of each other
Let WordPress handle language switching — WPML/Polylang will handle visitor language detection, URL structures (e.g., /fr/, /ar/), and the language switcher widget

Using Multiple Brands for Multi-Language Management
A power-user strategy is to create separate brands in Katteb for each language. For example:

Brand: "My Site — English" with Content Language set to English and target country US
Brand: "My Site — French" with Content Language set to French and target country FR
Brand: "My Site — Arabic" with Content Language set to Arabic and target country SA

This way, each brand's Brand Summary, writing style, and keywords can be fine-tuned for the specific language and market — resulting in higher quality, more natural content than simple translation.

Will Katteb Add Native WPML/Polylang Integration?
We don't have a confirmed timeline for direct integration with WordPress multilingual plugins. However, this is valuable feedback and we're tracking demand for this feature. If you'd like to add your voice, feel free to contact us or submit a feature request.

In the meantime, the workflow above — generating natively in each language with Katteb and linking translations in WordPress — produces better SEO results than automated translation, because each article is built from localized research and competitor analysis.

Question 17

Can I Publish Katteb Articles to Multiple WordPress Sites at the Same Time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can connect unlimited WordPress sites to your Katteb account and publish to any of them. However, each publishing action targets one site at a time (you choose which site from the dropdown when publishing).

How Multiple Site Publishing Works

Install the Katteb Connect plugin on each WordPress site you want to connect
Each plugin generates its own unique Connection Key
In Katteb, go to Integrations and add each site with its URL and key
All your connected sites appear in the "Publish to WordPress" modal dropdown

Organizing Multiple Sites
To keep things organized when managing multiple sites, Katteb lets you:

Rename sites — Give each connection a custom nickname (e.g., "Client Blog", "Spanish Site", "Personal Blog") from the kebab menu on the Integrations page
See site domains — The site's domain is always displayed alongside the nickname for quick identification

Publishing to Different Sites from the Content Planner
When scheduling articles in the Content Planner, you can assign each article to a different WordPress site:

Article A → blog.clientone.com (published as Draft)
    Article B → mybrand.com (published immediately)
Article C → niche-site.com (scheduled for next week)

Each scheduled article stores its own WordPress target site, category, author, and post status independently.

Using Multiple Sites with Different Brands
A powerful workflow is pairing each WordPress site with a dedicated Katteb Brand:

Brand "Tech Blog" → Connected to techinsights.com → English articles about AI tools
Brand "Health Blog" → Connected to wellnessguide.com → Arabic articles about nutrition
Brand "Client Project" → Connected to client-website.com → Client-specific voice and style

Switch brands in the Katteb dashboard, generate content tailored to that brand, and publish to the matching WordPress site — all from one account.

Can I Disconnect a Site?
Yes. Go to Integrations, click the three-dot menu on any site card, and select "Disconnect". This removes the connection from Katteb — but the Katteb Connect plugin on WordPress remains installed (you can remove it separately if needed).

Note: Scheduled articles assigned to a disconnected site will fail to auto-publish. Reassign them to a different site before disconnecting.

Question 18

How Can I Change My Katteb Account Email If I No Longer Have Access to the Old One?

Accepted Answer

If you still have access to your Katteb account (you're logged in), you can change your email directly from your dashboard. If you're completely locked out, our support team can help you verify ownership and update your email manually.

Option 1: Change Email from Your Dashboard (If You're Logged In)
If you can still log into Katteb (for example, via Google login or an active session), you can change your email self-service — no old email access required:

Go to Settings in your Katteb dashboard
Find the Email Address section and click Change Email
    Enter your new email address
A verification email will be sent to the new address — click the verification link to confirm
Once verified, your account email is updated immediately

Important: The verification link is sent to your new email, not your old one — so you don't need access to the old email to complete this process. A security notice is sent to the old email for safety, but no action is required from it.

Option 2: Contact Support (If You're Locked Out Completely)
If you can't log in at all because the old email is your only login method, reach out to our support team to request a manual email change:

Go to katteb.com/contact-us
Use a subject line like: "Email change request — lost access to old email"
Include the following information so we can verify your account ownership:

Your old email address (the one registered on the account)
Your new email address (the one you want to switch to)
Your AppSumo purchase receipt or PayPro order number (if applicable)
Any other identifying details — such as your display name, brand name, or content you've generated

Once we verify your identity, our team will update the email on your account and notify you at the new address.

Tips to Avoid This in the Future

Connect Google Login — If your Katteb account supports Google OAuth, linking your Google account gives you an alternative login method that doesn't depend on a specific email inbox
Keep your email updated — Whenever you change your primary email provider, update your Katteb account email from Settings while you still have access to both
