Do AppSumo codes and lifetime deals work in Katteb Chat?

No. AppSumo codes and Katteb lifetime deals belong to Katteb Writer at app.katteb.com.

Katteb Chat (katteb.com/chat) is a separate product sold as monthly plans, so a code adds nothing to it: no Chat credits and no agents. Your Writer credits and lifetime entitlements stay in your Writer account, untouched.

Redeem codes at app.katteb.com/redeem while signed in to the Writer account that should receive them. If a lifetime account shows the free plan, or a code is refused, open a ticket at katteb.com/chat/support with your invoice (product name, order number, date and the email used, never card details).
