Agent time is the time an agent spends working in its browser. Chatting with Katteb, making images and planning a goal do not use any of it.
Your plan sets the time in any 3 hours, in any 24 hours and in any 7 days. They roll: time you use now frees up again 3 hours, 24 hours or 7 days later. There is no monthly reset to wait for.
The next run waits and starts by itself when time frees up. A run is never given more than the time left in your tightest limit.
Add an hour pack. Bought hours are used once your plan's own time is used up, with no 3-hour or daily limit, and they stay until you use them.

If your agents do not run for 30 days, we park their browser to free room on the server. Your logins, files and goals are kept, and the browser comes back the moment a run starts.
In Egyptian pounds through Kashier, by card or mobile wallet. For Pro and Business we suggest a card, since many wallets have a lower limit per payment. Outside Egypt you pay in US dollars through FastSpring.
Not yet. Moving from one lifetime plan to a bigger one is not available today, so pick the plan that fits the work you have in mind. You can always add hour packs.
Team seats are the people who share one workspace, its agents and its agent time. Business includes 3 team seats. The other plans are for one person.
Your monthly plan ends the moment the lifetime plan starts, with no refund for the rest of that month, and any hour packs you bought move over to the lifetime plan.
Chat and image making are unlimited for normal personal and business use. Our fair use policy sets a monthly ceiling that stops abuse, and we tell you if you reach it.
Each lifetime account keeps a share of our agent servers for itself, so we sized the offer to what our servers can serve well. When the accounts are gone, the offer closes.
