Zendesk Agent that automates open tickets, priorities and replies

Customer support zendesk.com

This page describes the Katteb Zendesk Agent: an AI-driven browser agent that opens your Zendesk and performs routine support checks and drafts replies for agents. It is for support leads, team leads and admins who want daily ticket lists, topic summaries and draft internal replies ready in Zendesk.

What a Zendesk agent does

The jobs people usually do here by hand. Tap one in the app and it becomes a plan.

  • Open Zendesk and list the open tickets older than 24 hours with their priority.
  • Summarise today's new Zendesk tickets by topic and flag the angry ones.
  • Draft replies to the 5 oldest unanswered Zendesk tickets and save them as internal notes.

Anything else you would do in this site by hand can be described in your own words: the planner turns it into a plan you approve before it runs.

What people use it for

List overdue open tickets with priority

Run the agent to open Zendesk, find tickets older than 24 hours and produce a table of ticket ID, subject, requester and priority. The report arrives with a screenshot of the Zendesk view so you can verify results at a glance.

Summarise new tickets and flag angry customers

Have the agent summarise today’s new tickets by topic and surface tickets that contain angry or escalatory language. You get a short topic breakdown and a highlighted list of tickets requiring urgent attention.

Draft internal-note replies for oldest unanswered tickets

Ask the agent to draft replies for the five oldest unanswered tickets and save them as internal notes in Zendesk. Drafts are editable by agents so you can review tone and add context before sending a reply to the requester.

Why it is worth it

Questions people ask

How does the Zendesk Agent access my account?

The agent uses a private Chrome browser hosted by Katteb. You sign into Zendesk manually in that browser; Katteb never receives your password and the agent stops if a site requests credentials.

Will the agent change ticket statuses or send messages to customers?

By default the agent only reads, drafts and saves internal notes. You choose whether drafts are saved as internal notes only or also sent; any automated activity inside a third-party account carries a risk of restriction, so we do not guarantee it is undetectable or risk-free.

How often can I run the agent and how am I charged?

You can run the agent now, or schedule daily or weekly runs. Agents are included with a Katteb plan and each run is charged for the actual usage the browser session consumes.
